Do look around for BouMou Other things to note Please be aware of the charges to get to San Blas / Kuna Yala: Every person entering the Kuna Yala autonomous territory pays a fee. Foreigners 20USD. Panamenians pay 5USD. Transport from the city to the boat is done by certified Kuna transport vehicles and organized by local guides. This is entirely a third party service i help with. The vehicle ride is 2 hours of highway and an hour of paved jungle road. Some people get motion sickness during the jungle section. Motion sickness pills help. Vehicle return, Panama City to port and the return to Panama City is 60USD per person. Getting to the sailboat by speed boat plus the port fees and back to port after your visit is 70 to 80USD per person. These are external costs to your booking. Pick up is at 5:30 am from Panama City and you arrive to BouMou by 9.30am. Check out is at 8 am. Late check out is at 3pm at an additional cost of 40USD per person and must be clarified when you make your reservation.
