Sitting on the shores of Lago Coatepeque with stunning views and enveloped by tropical gardens, this 4 bedroom home boasts an open floor plan with integrated kitchen, living and dining areas. While on property, enjoy the infinity pool, lounge in the garden hammocks, head to the pier for a kayak and paddle board workout or a refreshing dip in the lake. This well appointed home is guaranteed to leave you feeling pampered and relaxed. The space Please note that our home has a maximum capacity of 8 guests, and we are unable to accommodate a larger group. Keep in mind that there are four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Two bedrooms are located in the main house and two bedrooms are located in an adjacent guest house. One of the four bedrooms has a King bed and a sofa bed. This room sleeps four but is truly the most comfortable with 2 adults and 2 children. All other rooms will only sleep 2 people per room. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property to themselves. Other things to note Parking capacity is limited to a maximum of 4 vehicles, however, we recommend limiting the vehicles to a total of 3, for better ease of access. Any regular vehicle will be able to access the property and 4x4 traction is not required. Are you traveling with young children? If so, please be aware of the natural rock formations of this property with several exposed cliffs and ledges; understand that parents and adults may need to be extra vigilant with young children on-site.
