Hello, Welcome! This is a beach house located in Ponta da Romana in Mamanguá, the coastal area of Paraty. (From downtown Paraty to the house in Mamanguá is +/- 1 hour's drive) A place for those seeking tranquility and quiet, with a calm sea of clear waters. Just go down the stairs, 50 meters and you're already on the beach. ATTENTION: To access the house, it is necessary to take a boat crossing, which will be charged separately; to be agreed upon with the boatman. More information will be sent after booking. The space The house is a two-story house, with an equipped American kitchen, living room, outdoor dining area on the first floor, bathroom with two bedrooms on the second floor. We also have a barbecue area on the ground floor. We provide Wi-Fi. Guest access The area outside the house has a dining table with a barbecue and shower next to it. Other things to note Dear guests, access to the house is ONLY by boat. You must leave your vehicles at the Paraty-mirin pier. There is private and public parking there, there is no danger. The crossing takes about 15 minutes. We can recommend a boatman.
