Small wooden house with permaculture garden

We rent out one room in our small wooden eco-house where we share with our guests a living room with a kitchen. On hot days, the room temperature is kept low. The compost toilet and the bathroom are outside. There is hot water all the time. We use a spring water (which is laboratory tested) from a small water source near the house where you can sit and relax in the hot afternoons.
