The house is air-conditioned throughout. It comes with a host of optional services to make your stay as pleasant as you choose. The space Montebello is a very special place. Its location was handpicked for its unique position on the shores of the Laguna del Sauce, one of the most beautiful and exclusive area around Punta del Este. Its 12 acres gorgeously landscaped park ensures you will have the space and privacy you need to enjoy this special time with family and friends. Its unique style combines French provencal architecture with Uruguayan traditional touches such as its outdoor parilla area under the Pergola. Water is front and center at Montebello, between the swimming pool, the laguna with overwater deck and the nearby splendid white sand Solanas beach. Montebello will reopen your eyes on the marvels of nature, from the beautifully landscaped park, to the exotic birds and sounds all over the park to the legendary Puesta del Sol (sunset) over the Pan de Azucar (local mountain in sight of the house) and the Laguna del Sauce. The park and pool night illuminations ensure that you can continue to enjoy Montebello indoor and outdoor pleasures well past sunset. And the house has air conditioning throughout so you can be sure to be comfortable all year round. Guest access The entire property is for your use, except the houses of the Caseros on the upper part of the estate. Other things to note Our caseros (gardians and house keepers) live on the property in a separate cottage house at the entrance of the park. They are here to welcome you and present you the house and the property at check-in. As your local contacts, they are also here to support you should you have any questions. The house comes with basic services included: daily taking out of the trash, bathroom towels change-out, pool maintenance. The pool can be heated optionally when outside temperature allows (at least 18c). This needs to be requested in advance and the charge is us$50/day. We courtesy provide firewood for the first parilla. Additional firewood can be purchased from us for 1200 pesos / 100kg. We also offer daily cleaning service as optional payable service. Quote upon request. The daily cleaning service includes room and bathroom cleaning, kitchen including doing all dishes, and all exterior sectors including terrace, gallery, pergola (Parilla), and pool area. Additional custom payable services available upon request include: - Parilla service - Table setup and clearing - Cooking service (dedicated cook on-site for 8h/day - not a chef) - Laundry service
