If your feeling energetic take a walk to the beautiful village of Sneem ( on the Ring of Kerry ) great pubs, restaurants and food stores. Short drive to Parknasilla Hotel and Golf Course. A 25min drive to some excellent Beaches or take scenic walk the local art studio (on the Kerry way ) where a friendly welcome awaits. The space Its an old Farmhouse set in a tranquil location built in the 1920 but has been renovated over time . Large gardens kids can explore with small timber shed to play in. You will feel revived after a stay here. Great for families. The kitchen is very spacious and opens onto a very large patio area with bbq. There is an open plane dining/living space includes a large dining table. The living area has an open fire and fire packs are available at the local shop. There is a TV with a SKY box that has a number of kids channels and a dvd player, also a CD player and a contemporary record player with a collection of records . In the front porch you can sit and catch the evening sun. One of the double bedrooms is situation on the lower floor with French doors leading to the patio / separate WC . A large bathroom with shower, bath and WC. On the first floor there is a 2nd double bedroom and a small room with twin beds , this can be converted to a double bed on request. Both adjacent to shower room with sink and WC. Outside Beautiful garden for children to explore. Large patio area with a bbq and a small timber shed for kids to play in, with plenty of toys. Guest access The house is up a small road from the village. It’s about 1 mile but your own car is advisable as public access is unavailable. Other things to note The water in the house is from its own private well. From time to time due to heavy rain the water in the house may become coloured.
