-Double storied main house house with kitchen. Cooktop but no oven. BBq to cook on. -Nine cabins which can sleep up to 34 people -3 large tables seat up to 30 guests on the lower floor of the lodge or you can relax upstairs on one of the seven couches and take in the breath taking view -Playground -Large outdoor BBQ area - we have someone staying close by whenever there is a booking if you require anything - very family friendly stay The space We are approximately 35 minutes west of the Waitomo Caves in the beautiful farming valley of Marokopa. After doing several of the Great NZ walks, we decided we had beautiful bush and wanted to build a lodge, open up some old bush logging tracks and share our piece of paradise with people. We are very passionate about where we live - from the breath taking views of the rugged west coast, to the tranquillity of the bush and natural surroundings. Come and see for yourself and enjoy our piece of paradise Guest access The entire Lodge space is yours to utilize, if there are multiple bookings you will be asked to be courteous of other patrons with using the facilities -please note 4WD access ONLY If you don't have a 4WD dont stress we have a vehicle to escort you and what we call the Kainui Tuktuk available to add to the adventure Kids and adults seem to love the novelty of it all Other things to note Duvets and pillows are supplied. Guests will need to bring either two sheets or a sleeping bag and their own towel. We do make beds up but that is an extra cost.
