House at the quiet part of El Tunco.

Casa Tranquila is in the quiet, residential part of El Tunco and has two modern rooms with ensuite bathrooms and the most comfortable beds in El Salvador! The larger room has one queen and the smaller room has two double beds. Fully equipped kitchen, large garden, pool and 25mb fiber optic internet! Only few minutes walk to both Sunzal or Bocana surf breaks and to the centre of Tunco. Note this is the house where I live so I may or may not be around in the 3rd bedroom! The space The bedrooms have completely newly renovated bathrooms and the kitchen is also new. The pool is nice to cool off during the hot hours of the day and also has a kid friendly section. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool. Note there is no hot water here and that this is standard here in ES. If a listing doesn't have 'hot water' in their listing amenities it likely means there is none. Guest access The whole house apart from my room! Other things to note Also there is a small dog on the property, sometimes 2 dogs. If I go away the dog(s) comes with me. I'm a yoga teacher so can also offer private retreat packages or classes in the house if wanted.
