Cute little one bedroom ground level unit located between Masset, and Old Massett. Short walk to hospital. Fully equipped with all you need for a short or long term stay. It’s an above ground basement suite. You share an entrance with the guests upstairs but have your own locked door. Shared laundry. The space Small above ground apartment located under a three bedroom suite. Private space, fully equipped with everything you need. The room has a double bed, a living room with TV, cable, and internet. The kitchen is small, but is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, dishes, pots, pans, etc. The bathroom has a tub/shower, toilet, sink. Towels are provided, however, feel free to bring your own. **Please note you can hear the footsteps of the people above.** Guest access Shared laundry, and shared entrance. Please note the back yard is not useable at the moment but hopefully in the next year we can update the space. Other things to note This unit is on ground level, under a three bedroom unit. As its a home, you can hear the people upstairs and vice versa. Please be mindful of your upstairs neighbours.
