Cozy, nest-styled, self-contained apartment located in Mt. Irvine, Tobago. Our accommodation is conveniently just a 5 minute walk from the popular Mt. Irvine beach and Backbay Salt Pools/Beach. very spacious (450 square foot) and all self- contained. Each apartment consists of 2 open concept bedrooms, a bathroom, living space and kitchen. The entire apartment sleeps 4 persons comfortably (2 persons per bed). Accommodations for more guests can be arranged upon request. The space This apartment is one of three two-bedroom apartments available for rent. There is a huge yard space that the birds love, with la variety of flowers, plants, herbs and fruit trees. An outdoor cabana with a brick grill. Shared laundry and free street parking and in property parking when drive way is dry. We are conveniently located 5 - 7 minutes walking distance to Pizza boys, several restaurants and bars (Anchors, Fish pot, Moon Over Water), breakfast spots (Leggers), surfing, other water sporting activities (ex. fishing charters), ATM, fresh produce stall, ice cream parlor and minimart. Guest access Guest can access all areas of the property with permission, with the exception of inside the hosts private apartment. The yard, gallery, outdoor spaces are shared spaces, with your host and other guests. Other things to note Please note that there is an extra guest fee in the pricing and reflected in the pricing while booking your stay. Optional weekly cleansing for stays longer than 2 weeks is included in your overall stay, optional bi-weekly cleaning is including in your stay for stays longer than 4 weeks.
