The 400 year old farm house is close to Clonmel, and walking distance to Kilsheelan. The property, a working farm, has 2 miles of river banks, amidst parkland and forestry, Access to the Comeragh and Slievenamon mountains, The Munster Way and The Blueway. Excellent Salmon and trout fishing by prior arrangement with special rates for those staying in the house. The owner, a chef and keen angler, can advice on fishing. No tackle provided. The house is furnished in keeping with its age. The space This 400 year old farm house has a 4 door Aga, gas cooker and dishwasher. Seasonal Organic vegetables and salads can be ordered by prior arrangement. Pets are welcome in the kitchen / dining area only Wifi passwords provided on arrival. Smart TV, Disabled toilet and shower downstairs with option of a small downstairs bedroom if required . Sun room, large sitting room with open fire and wood will be provided, by prior arrangement. Large lawn at front of building. Other things to note A visit to the farm house should be a unique and enjoyable experience. The house is 400 years old, we are working hard to upgrade and improve it constantly. We welcome all feedback. We have recently put an extra bed in the downstairs bedroom. This is suitable for disabled guests but you have to go through this room to get to the downstairs bathroom so it is not completely private, this room could be bedroom 6 to make the house sleep 12.
