House with spectacular views of Malinalco

With the most beautiful views of Malinalco, come and relax in a large garden, a brand new house, pool with jacuzzi, in addition to enjoying the most beautiful blue skies an hour and a half from Mexico City. Malinalco has the charm of a magical village, a sunny climate all year round, surrounded by nature in addition to a unique archaeological center on top of one of these beautiful mountains. Here you will find this cozy and charming house to enjoy with good company. The space The house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, one of which has a work area. You will also find a large kitchen, dining room and both internal and external exits on a terrace where you can enjoy the mountain view. We have a large garden of fruit trees and a 50 square meter pool with a jacuzzi. There is also a multipurpose court where you can play basketball, pickleball, etc. Inside the property we have room for 4 or 5 vehicles. Other things to note Our house is designed to be eco-friendly, with solar cells for the showers and pool, you will generally find it above 30 degrees and the jacuzzi close to 40. In the months of December and January the temperature of the pool may not reach 30 degrees due to the inclination of the sun, so there is the option of asking for it to be heated with a boiler, for which the necessary gas must be paid.
