A fully stone from floor to ceiling fireplace sets the tone for the open plan kitchen/living room to entice any visitor to come relax on the chaise lounge sofa or comfy oversized chairs and enjoy a turf/wood fire. Cooks and entertaining enthusiasts can bring their ‘’A’’ game to this fully stocked open concept kitchen. The wet room bathroom includes a large shower, bespoke vanity, and a heated towel rail. Enjoy a great night sleep in the either bedroom on the king size supportive mattresses and awake revived and ready to start your day exploring all this amazing area has to offer. The location is ideal to enjoy walking/exploring/hiking, Links -golf course, cycling, -world acclaimed--surfing, beaches, fishing, horse riding or simply relaxing beside a turf fire! Also provided for even further relaxation is comfortable patio furniture and a fire pit perfectly positioned to take in the breathtaking sea views and sunsets from the front patio. Situated between two beach/surf towns, Enniscrone and Easkey only being less than a 10 minute drive to each. 25 minute drive to Ballina and 40 minutes to Sligo town.
