You are in the middle of nature here, and a short walk or drive away are tropical mountains, empty beaches and all the best experiences El Salvador has to offer. Our five well-appointed private cabanas are complete with icy cold air conditioning, spacious private bathrooms and comfy beds with mosquito nets (though the ocean breezes keep our property mostly insect-free most of the time.) The star of our property is our new infinity pool, with its incredible views across the surf break and the Pacific Ocean. Or you can watch the sun set over the emerald green mountains from your private balcony. Below the pool, the hillside is blanketed with the fragrant blossoms of hundred-year-old plumeria trees and the bright sprays of bougainvillea. Surfers travel long distances in hot, uncomfortable boats to surf the point here, one of the best barreling waves in the country. But you can watch from the deck and jump in the water as soon as the lineup empties out! Guest access Casa Punta Mango is perfect for families or groups of friends. The quiet, private rooms offer cool solace from the tropics, while the pool serves as a gorgeous refuge to sit and watch the surfers in the breeze. Cook for yourselves in our full-service kitchen or enjoy family-style home-cooked meals at one of our large open-air dining tables overlooking the Pacific. On request, a local chef can be arranged to prepare basic but tasty food for a small fee. Each bedroom has its own private balcony featuring breathtaking views of the ocean to the south or the luscious green mountain peaks to the north. There are small restaurants a short walk away and more to come as Punta Mango develops into a world-class surf destination!
