Welcome to our beautiful, modern home and casita on a 12,000sf private, walled lot. The home is bathed in sunlight all day long. Enjoy the garden and salt water pool in total privacy. The main house has a huge living space, open kitchen, separate TV room, two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and laundry room. The 500sf casita is set away from the house, and looks out onto the garden and pool. We have a 6-night minimum stay requirement, and do not make exceptions. Come stay with us for a while! The home was originally built in 2002 by a renowned modern artist from Guadalajara as his weekend getaway and studio. He purchased the next door lot in 2005 and he added the pool, casita, and garden. You will have exclusive access to the entire property including the main house, the casita, the private salt water pool, and the gardens. Our property manager will be available to help you settle in and can answer any questions. The gardener comes once a week, the maid and pool service come twice a week. Riberas Del Pilar is conveniently located between Ajijic and the town of Chapala. We are close to grocery stores, restaurants, a beautiful little golf course. Public transportation is right up the road. We can also recommend private drivers. However, there are car rental companies at the GDL airport, along with local car rental companies in Ajijic. Though you can certainly walk many places, having transportation will give you the option to really explore the area. A six night minimum stay is required. We do not make exceptions to this rule.
