Sitting on grounds full of lush, tropical, island plants, it provides privacy and comfort, along with the sun, sand, and sea that Acklin's is known for. It also provides easy access to a variety of island activities. We will be available during your stay! A government-owned ferry connects the two islands, linking Lovely Bay on Acklins Island with Brown's on Crooked Island. It operates daily, about every hour from 9 am to 4 pm; the one-way fare is $5. Once you arrive at Crooked Island, a taxi service is available, but it's wise to advise your hotel in advance of your arrival -- they'll probably send a van to meet you.
