Davida Farm Cottage is a unique rustic natural stone and timber family affair. It is located on the slopes of the Aberdares Kipipiri Kenya It lies in an exclusive compound within a serene resort, comprising 7 rooms; three on ground and four Attics. A fully equipped Kitchen, Dining Table, comfortable Living Room with warm fireplace. Guests wake up to chirping birds whose habitat are the mature, exotic shrubs within the property The air is intoxicatingly fresh! Organic veges too! This is HOME. The space The architecture at Davida Farm Cottage is captivating. The natural wood finishes give an inviting warmth to the internal spaces. The intricately designed fireplace provides a welcome refuge from the chill of the evening mountain air. The kitchen is well equipped with all kinds of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery that guests might need; a fridge, freezer, microwave oven, bread toaster, are all part of the deal. A bbq grill is available for use by more outdoor- inclined guests. The Dining table can comfortably take all of 8 adults. Two spacious terraces at the front and kitchen side provide lots of room for guests to relax in. Suspended balconies from Attic rooms give great views of the nearby Nyandarua mountain ranges. A forest walk or hangout next to the Water pan completes the refreshing experience. Sheep and chicken provide an engaging outdoor experience for children. There's a private restaurant and Lounge adjacent to the Cottage Guest access Guests can access all areas of the property. They can pick their own vegetables if they so desire. The farm workers are more than willing to show guests around. Other things to note Davida Farm Cottage is self-catering so bring all your own food and necessities. However, should you need meals and other essentials, let us know and we will work with you to make the necessary arrangements. Alternatively meals can be ordered from the adjacent Davida Getaway Restaurant. Expect a wide variety of dishes, made to order from our experienced chefs.
