Guest have pre-arranged access to a private beach located 5min drive or 20 mins walk from the house. Close by attractions such as Dolphin's Cove, Dunn's River Falls, Chuka cove, Mystic mountain, Downtown Ocho Rios and many more attractions are 10mins drive from the house. Walking distance from Knutsford Express, Scotchie's Jerk other restaurants, Pharmacy, Grocery, Gas station, The space This is home away from home. Located in a cozy, private development. With three large rooms , Lots of modern amenities such as the latest Instaview LG refrigerator, overmount microwave , air fryer, Ninja blender , pressure cooker, rice cooker toaster oven and more. For your safety there is a fire and carbon monoxide detector in every room and in the common area and a Fire extinguisher, There are two security cameras on the rear of the property, and a video doorbell. For the exercise enthusiast, there is a jump rope, resistant band, dumb bell , Pilate ring exercise mat etc For those beautiful evening relaxation, there is a hammock grill , multiply family games and other outdoor amenities. There is a basketball hoop, for those who enjoy playing the beautiful game. For those with smaller children , there is a cot , there is also a collapsible foldable wagon beach cart, scooter ,helmet and skateboard. Guest access Swimming pool and large gazebo area , almost always available.. Guest have free access to the beautiful Cove beach, located 5 mins drive and 15 -20 mins walk. All 3 rooms of house are available with booking. Other things to note Complimentary eggs, bread, milk, bottled water , cheese , coffee, tea, oatmeal, cereal bar, sugar , cooking oil ,hot chocolate etc provided. Please note , this is complementary and not meant to last duration of stay. Extra towels, bed linen are available. Ps : The towels are to be used by all guest, please do not take them with you, on check out. Please do not remove any electrical appliances including music speakers from premises, can be used outside. Toiletries such as soap, body wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner is provided. Guest with stays beyond one week can have extra cleaning at no additional cost. Stays with less than a week, extra cleaning can be arrange at an additional cost. Airport or excursion services can be arrange at additional cost. Car rental available at additional cost. The villa has a solar powered water heater, if there is prolonged overcast weather, the temperature of the water maybe affected. We have installed eco-sensors on all our A/Cs that turned them off when a door or window is left open, or when rooms are deemed unoccupied for more than 15 mins. They should be turned back on , on reentry . Parties are not allowed, unless discussed and approved by host. Of note Jamaica is a tropical island and as such, from time to time you will have ants , bugs , mosquitoes lizards bees and other small rodents etc get inside the house, or occasionally seen outside Please be aware we try our best to limit this. Refunds will not be granted base of these sightings. We have no control over 3rd party amenity disruptions such as electricity, internet, water , however this is normally rectified within mins / hrs . There are battery powered lights in the house as well as a few of the bulbs are chargeable and will stay on during electricity outages . Refund will not be given base on this disruption unless it continues beyond reasonable time . Any damage or theft from property will be reported to Airbnb , loss will be recouped. We are reasonable people any inadvertent damage to property or loss of items belonging to property should be discussed prior to check out. 3rd party bookings should be discussed prior to confirmation, that is someone other than the person on the profile . Please check out stipulated time , unless discuss with host . We will do everything to prevent this, but you as the guest indemnify and hold harmless the host against all claims of personal injury , loss and damage arising from the use of the premises
