Oak lodge is a contemporary bungalow overlooking Ballinakill Lake which lies between Cleggan and Letterfrack in the town-land of Moyard. Just around the corner is the Beautiful Ardkyle Beach, or Ross as the locals like to call it. The space Inside there is a large open plan kitchen diner and sitting-room area which is bright and Airy, Separate utility area with side door. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine, a five ring gas hob and two fan ovens. There are lots of cooking utensils and the kitchen is well thought out. Leading from the dining area into a hall there is shower room, a twin bedroom and a small cosy sitting room cassette style solid fuel fire. Upstairs two bright and airy king size bedrooms and a bathroom with bath which services both bedrooms.
