You have the option of booking 1 or 2 bedrooms. To book a 1 brm: select 1 or 2 guests and you will be given a king size bed, full bathroom and private balcony all on upper floor along with full downstairs: living room, half bathroom, full size kitchen with dining table, large screen TV, terrace. (2nd bedroom will be locked out) To book 2 brms: select 3 or more guests and you will be given everything mentioned above plus an additional bedroom with queen bed and it's own full private bathroom. The space Our Vacation Rental is a fully furnished ocean-view townhouse with modern finishes. Open concept design includes living room, 1/2 bath and kitchen on lower floor and two bedrooms on upper floor. Full bathroom in each bedroom. Excellent water quality with filtration system installed. Regardless of booking 1 or 5 guests, you won't be sharing the apartment with other guests. Private entrance as well. Just to clarify: you now have the option of booking 1 or 2 bedrooms because not all our guests want to pay the full price of a full 2 bedroom apartment, especially when it's a couple using just 1 bedroom. We now offer a discount price for booking 1 bedroom where the second bedroom will simply be locked out. So for couples using just 1 bedroom, this can be done by booking 2 guests, but for 2 friends not sleeping together, they would need to change the selection to 3 guests and this will open up the second bedroom for them. Guest access lower terrace and gardens are all public spaces. The gardens are large with over 200 newly planted fruit trees, a greenhouse and a road as well as an additional full forest with ravine and hiking trails. Our large newly built swimming pool is popular among guests. Other things to note Guests must be able to climb one flight of stairs as the bedrooms are located on the second level of the apartment. Booking of 1 or 2 people Rate is based on occupancy of 1 bedroom. If you require 2 bedrooms, you'll need to pay additional fees by booking under 3 or more guests. There is a twin sofa bed on the lower level if climbing stairs poses a problem. Breakfast of the day is $7/person with coffee/tea. Breakfasts a-la-carte can be purchased for $10/person including coffee. Dinners need to be pre-ordered, inquire about menu and prices. No pets allowed, sorry. Internet and electricity is subject to Union Fenosa's grid system and services. We do not have a back up generator. We just upgraded our internet to fiber optic so we have reliable internet. Our new pool is now twice the size of it's previous one and features a swim-up bar, come check it out.
