We control them, but unfortunately it is not possible to eliminate them completely, and this insect may appear at any time, even after the apartment has been completely cleaned. - The parking space is covered, it is in front of a neighbor's space and both use the same gate to get in and out with the car. This is a family space, we hope you you will preserve all the items. We have had this apartment for decades and we appreciate careful people, like everyone who has passed through here to date. We want you to enjoy and have excellent moments in this little corner that is so special to us! Enjoy! Other things to note - Voltage 220v; - Please be aware that the entrance door locks do not open from the outside without the keys; - We do not advise drinking water directly from the tap; - Do not use both showers at the same time, as all the power will go out and a CELESC technician will have to come to the place to reconnect it, which can take hours; - The parking space is covered, it is in front of a neighbor's space and both use the same gate to enter and exit with the car; - Laguna is relatively safe, it is not necessary to lock the balconies and windows every time you go to the beach or walk nearby, just lock the entrance doors; - All items in the apartment can and should be used (household utensils, bed and bath linens, appliances, beach chairs, etc.); - The stove does not have an automatic ignition, a match or lighter is required to use it; - Respect the law of silence after 10 p.m.; - No smoking inside the apartment; - Be careful with children who may climb on beds or chairs near windows or balconies, as there are no protective screens; - Do not sit/lie with wet clothes on the sofa, bed or straw chairs. - We hope you take care of everything as if it were yours, make the most of our apartment, and have a great time in our beloved Laguna! :)
