Hilltop overlooking the beautiful Salt Pond Harbour(Home to second largest Sailing Regatta though out the archipelago of the Bahamas). Beautiful views(WOW) from the front porch or the large deck with sun, sea and spectacular sunsets with your beverage of choice. The beach is in walking distance and you can hear the sound of ocean crashing into the cliff s from the deck in the evenings all while watching falling stars The space 500 sq ft. open floor plan, high ceilings, nice porch and deck area. Guest access The neighborhood neighbors are very friendly. If you enjoy walking you will get to meet some of them. You can walk down to a beautiful salt pond with wildlife (birds). The beach is about another 5-8 minute walk from the salt pond. Adequate parking on the property! Other things to note The beach is 5 minute drive or a 10-12 minute walk. Wine & Beverage store , grocery store and restaurants are minutes away.
