The home sleeps eight comfortably and is postured over one of the finest beaches in all the Bahamas, Love Beach, your beach. The space The house is a Lindal Cedar home elevated five feet above ground and was built by a family that includes fifteen grandchildren. A deck wraps 360deg around the home and provides breath giving views of the entire island. The North deck is just 60 feet from Love Beach. Choose to let in fresh ocean breezes or cool down with air conditioning. The home is not luxurious, it is clean, fully functional and soulful. With three beaches all your own, and trails to explore, your spot on Little Majors is like no other in the Exumas. Guest access 100% of the home and 100 acres of private island are yours to enjoy. The care taker lives tucked out of sight and sound well away from the Beach House. The South Dock, for boats up to 30' serves the Beach House specifically and the North Dock serves the island as a whole and accommodates larger boats. Other things to note Before you sign! We require a contract to be agreed in advance of your arrival. The contract is boiler plate for the area and is required due to the remoteness of the area and to secure additional expenditures we will likely incur on your behalf and bill back to you.
