The space is located on the 2nd Floor of the house. You will have access to sea views and spectacular sunsets. There is a private beach close by to the house. En-suite Bedroom w/bath. Kitchen and balcony areas. I will respect your privacy. There are times that I will not be on the property. Rural tranquil seaside community. Local public transportation such as taxis or we offer a car service for airport pick up and drop off for an additional charge. Improvements always required since the house is so close to the ocean. However, once the space is occupied, the crew will not be present at the house.
