Bright and spacious apartment

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The ground floor of Pearleula's Dream is a bright apartment where you can relax and watch the world go by. Even though you are on the ground floor, you can still see the sea and take a 5 minute walk to the beach for a closer look. Take in a drink and some food at the beach bars and while away your day looking at the beautiful scenery. Guest access Guests have access to the ground floor apartment, 2 of the 3 bedrooms (master bedroom will be locked as for the homeowners) and the outdoor space. Please be mindful that there may be guests in the upstairs apartment, who'll also have access to the back yard, bbq area and outside shower. There is an internal staircase that gives joint access to the pump switch and upstairs and downstairs apartments, but each apartment's indoor front doors can be locked for privacy. Other things to note The water supply can be an issue on the island, where the supply can be temperamental from Jamaican Water Board. We will fill the water tanks before you arrive for when there's no water in the pipes from JWB, so you just switch the pump on when this happens. We ask that you use the water mindfully and switch the pump off when not using it. We also ask that you don't invite locals into the property. This is for safety reasons for when the house is unoccupied as we live abroad.
