Great for multiple couples or Northshore adventure seekers. Guest access This is a duplex. You will be renting the entire upper duplex entering from the back of the house using the outside staircase that has been updated. Enter with a digital door handle. It's 2 bedroom, 1 bath. We have two queen beds in the large bedroom and a single queen bed in the second bedroom. Other things to note Mattresses are comfortable. The bathroom is located through the French door bedroom. Parking is the left side of the driveway off 8th Street closest to the house. Two vehicles can fit front to back. Additional parking is across the street shoulder (except there's no off-street parking in the winter). There are 4 barstools at the kitchen island and fold up trays in the living room. Please be courteous and respectful to our long term tenants in the lower unit.
