The space The house is private and safe right on El Boulevard Costa del Sol, we are part of an exclusive residential with beach access just 3 minutes away walking through the club. The house is perfect for enjoying a nice vacation with family and friends / has 2 levels / The second level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms / The fourth bedroom is on the first level with its full bathroom/ All rooms have their own air conditioning and ceiling fan/ On the first level this is the well equipped kitchen/ Dining / Living room/ All common areas include ceiling fans/ Outside there is a living room with furniture and several hammocks to rest / Pool / BBQ / Amplio park with capacity for 5 carts. ☆☆Security☆☆ The house has a 24 hour caretaker as she lives on the same property in a separate house. There is 24-hour security in the residential. For extra security for our guests, the house has video surveillance outside. Guest access Access to the entire indoor and outdoor house/55"TV with flat screen/ Wi-Fi / NetFlix / cable /cable/stereo with microphone with microphone for karaoke /Beach access for 6 guests via exclusive club for residential partners - Not included is access to the extra people club, but the club charges a full entrance fee for each additional guest. Other things to note Travel is offered to and from the airport (extra cost). For a more beautiful experience, the following are offered: Boat tour and yacht per hour for 8 people through the Estero de Jaltepeque, La Vocana and Rio Lempa with stop to restaurants if you wish for a greater experience. Detached sea fishing for 4 four people. Included is breakfast, lunch, refreshing drinks (sodas, gatorade, water), fishing gear, bait, fishing poles. Fishing for sailfish, Marlin, Dorado, Tuna, etc...
