The house has a security system with 24-hour external cameras. Access to the property without the need for keys - 100% electronic. Bed for up to 2 guests: 1, or 2 singles, or 1 couple (queen size). Our bed sheets are 100% cotton, 200-thread count, and bath towels. We offer an extra pillow and duvet. Private kitchen equipped with: dishes, cutlery, handles, pot, pan, can and bottle openers. Dish towel, detergent, sink sponge. Window with built-in shutter providing total blackout in the room. Private washer and dryer inside each Studio (not shared). Iron. We leave some basic items on arrival, such as water, sugar, salt, olive oil, coffee capsule, tea and free microwave popcorn. Guest access We don't have parking on-site. Guests usually leave their cars on the street in front of the house. Our street is wide and is not very busy because it is a residential street. There is no need for parking cards on the street and there is no prohibition on leaving the car on the street by the city. Our street is residential and has very old residents in the area. We are close to the Alto do Ipiranga subway station (Green Line, with a direct connection to the Yellow, Lilac and Blue Lines). It's only 950 meters, about a 12-minute walk. The green line is the same as Av. Paulista. It is 5 stations to Av. Paulista. We also have the bus (4113-10) that passes through all points of the Center: Liberdade, Sé, São Bento, 25 de Março, Santa Ifigênia, Viaduto do Chá, República, Galeria do Rock, Consolação. On Rua Silva Bueno, you have the Municipal Market of Ipiranga and several shopping points. We have a family market very close to the house, which sells all the items for everyday life. Access to transportation apps like Uber, 99 and Turbi (hourly car rental) is very easy. On Sundays, we have a street market near the house.
