With easy access to the A5 ring road, you’re only a 5-minute drive from Shrewsbury’s beautiful medieval centre and 20 minutes from the stunning Shropshire Hills. We have 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), along with a bright open-plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Inside, you’ll find a bright, generous lounge with a stylish dining area and a 50" TV offering all major channels and Netflix — ideal for relaxing after a busy day. Patio doors lead out to a private garden with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying a meal or evening drink. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, from a Tassimo coffee machine to a slow cooker for cosy winter evenings. There’s also a convenient downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms: the master with an en-suite shower room, and a second bedroom with twin beds, plus a family bathroom. Off-road parking for two cars is available right beside the house. Whether you’re here for work, a family break, or a weekend getaway, our home offers the space, comfort, and location to make your stay in Shrewsbury truly enjoyable. Guest access When we return to the UK, this is our home, so we do have a room and cupboard locked off, otherwise, the whole of the house and garden is for guests to enjoy. Other things to note **Extra Services** Travel cot (£20 fee) and high chair (£15 fee) are available for hire on request If you would like a late check-out, we’re happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of £35, up to 1pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay. Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone. The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced. We have a no-party policy and we would ask please respect our neighbours when you are coming and going, this is their home too. Please note this property has a camera/video doorbell which can be accessed for security purposes only. Thank you.
