Welcome to our modern and homely annex in the pretty village of Loppington, near Shrewsbury. We have created a relaxed and stylish space for visiting family or friends; also a perfect work base. It's cosy and equipped with all the modern amenities you need including good WiFi and a washing machine. Enjoy an open-plan living area with SkyQ TV, fitted kitchen and a private garden with sun loungers and outdoor table and chairs. The local pub has excellent food and drinks, just a short walk away. The space Our superb modern and cosy apartment is located on a new small estate of luxury properties in Loppington, near Shrewsbury, and has accommodation set on one level (stair-free), making it easily accessible for all guests. The space includes: Living Area: The airy open-plan living space has a 2-seater sofa that can convert to a sofa bed, suitable for one extra guest (2 would be a bit snug). Please message our guest support team if you need this for your stay. There is a £30 charge for the use of the sofa bed and extra linen supplied which we request to be paid separately through Airbnb resolutions separately. Put your feet up, in front of the 42-inch smart TV with streaming channels and Sky Q after a day exploring Shropshire! Modern Fitted Kitchen: Though small, it’s stylish and equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy the convenience of an electric 2-ring induction hob, air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a selection of tea, coffee and sugar. For longer guest stays, we have the convenience of a recently fitted washing machine. Bedroom: Our double bedroom is comfortable and cosy with a restful double bed. Shower Room: A roomy, separate shower room with a spacious double length walk-in shower, basin, WC, and towel radiator. Amenities: WiFi: Enjoy reliable and fast WiFi at 70mbps, perfect for streaming, working, or staying connected. The router is located in the main house. Linen and Toiletries: We provide high-quality cotton bedding, large bath and hand towels, shower gel and shampoo to ensure your stay is as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. Outdoor Space: Open the double French doors to access a spacious garden area with 2 sun loungers and a table and 2 chairs. Start your morning with a hot drink or unwind with a glass of bubbly, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Location: Loppington is a picturesque village offering tranquility and charm. Just a few miles north of Shrewsbury, it’s ideally situated for exploring the beautiful Shropshire countryside or attending to business in the area. Whether you are here for work or leisure, our cosy apartment is the perfect place to relax and recharge. Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment and outdoor space immediate outside the French doors. We offer a remote check-in for all guest with a key safe outside the entrance door. We will supply codes and addresses in advance of your stay. Other things to note If you would like a late check-out, we’re happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of £25, up to 1pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay. We strictly prohibit parties, or any extra guests not listed in the booking. Apologies, we do not allow pets of any kind at this property. Due to fire regulations, we cannot allow smoking of any type in the property. If guests wish to smoke, please kindly do so outside the rear of the property with doors closed and dispose of any waste afterwards. We also kindly ask that candles are not used. There is space for 1 car on the driveway which is on the left closest to the fence. Please park so that the hosts may also drive in and out easily. Finally, our focus is, of course, for you to have a great time and enjoy your stay.
