Emerald House with Swimming Pool and Beautiful View in Umbria

The combination of wood and stone makes the Smeraldo house unique. A precious stone in the heart of Umbria. It can accommodate 4 people, who will be lucky enough to enjoy all its pleasant comforts! To complete it there is a panoramic terrace perfect for an aperitif with a view (perhaps after a nice swim in the pool or a sauna!). The communal areas allow you to enjoy the peace of the place and to feast your eyes on the evocative landscape that will accompany every single day of your stay. The space The location of the residence is absolutely unique to the point that it offers a ten-kilometre view that stretches across the entire valley. LE ROCCHE Valnerina Residence is located in the middle of the south, which makes it possible to enjoy such warmth that you can dine outdoors even in the coldest months. Our structure is located in the highest part of the historic centre of the ancient village of Ferentillo, literally a step away from the medieval walls. Peace and relaxation are absolute: only 200 metres separate us from the centre of the village where we can find everything we need. On leaving the flat, stairs lead directly to the common area. This gives you the possibility to enjoy the surrounding landscape with enchantment; having all the comforts to fully appreciate the garden while enjoying the view over the valley. In the common area, a fireplace, cooker, sink, tables, chairs and lounges are provided for our guests. To further indulge your senses there is a relaxation area consisting of: a swimming pool (from 15/05 to 15/10, opening can be brought forward or delayed on request) with sun beds, changing room and WC and an infrared sauna. Every detail has been thought out and realised with love in order to give you every opportunity to collect indelible emotions and memories. For us, being part of it is the most beautiful gift. Guest access As previously mentioned, all guests have a large outdoor area at their disposal where they can make use of a large fireplace, a gas cooker, a sink, tables with chairs, outdoor lounges numerous benches and various seats to enjoy the wonderful view of the valley below in complete relaxation. There are also deckchairs and sunbeds for sunbathing, parasols by the pool, a 4-seater sauna, cold and hot outdoor showers in the changing room where a toilet completes the facilities available to all. Ample parking is available at the base of the residence. Crossing the arch of Porta Spoletina (an ancient city gate dating back to the 11th century) only a few steps will separate you from the house. Other things to note All services that are provided are free of charge: air conditioning, swimming pool, sauna, internal Wi-Fi, night lighting in the common area and Wi-Fi in the entire outdoor area of the residence. The CONSUMPTIONS (water, electricity, gas) are charged to the guests, in the case of the common areas they will be divided among the number of people present while, those of the houses, are charged to the guests concerned. Bed linen is not included as well as towels. The set for one person includes top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, large, medium and small towel, hand and dish towel. The tablecloth is inside the house, the cost of the set is 10€ per person for the entire period. A shuttle service is also available on request, to be arranged with the management.
