Each bedroom has either table or closet shelf, for mini-workstation. Within a few minutes walk to restaurants/groceries at Royal Oak Ave and Rumble St; 1km (15 min walk) to skytrain station, 2km to Metrotown Walmart, and 20 minute skytrain to downtown Vancouver and FIFA World Cup. Other things to note There is no living room or kitchen, just two bedrooms, and a bathroom. There is no air conditioning; I provide three fans and the windows open and have screens.
