The wall-mounted TV swivels to face the bed or the solarium. With a luggage stand, closet, and dresser available for your use, there is plenty of space to make yourself at home. * The second bedroom is on the second floor and also includes a queen size bed, a closet, and dressers for storage. * The third queen size bed is located on the spacious open loft. *Guests provide their own sheets, pillow cases, and towels. Comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided. BATHROOMS: * The ensuite master bathroom includes a full size tub and shower, with plenty of counter space. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and hair dryer are provided. * The second bathroom is located via the loft on the second floor and includes a full size tub and shower, plus body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. KITCHEN: * The galley kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home, including toaster, drip-style coffee maker, and slow cooker. * You are welcome to use the pantry closet, which is generally stocked with common spices and baking items such as flour, sugar, salt, olive oil, etc. * Paper towels, napkins, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and common cleaning supplies are provided. * A washer/dryer unit adjacent to the kitchen is available for your use. Detergent and fabric softener sheets are provided. OTHER FEATURES: * The solarium is accessed via the master bedroom or the screened in porch. The hot tub comfortably seats 6 people and is drained, sanitized, and refilled between guests. Frosted glass preserves guest privacy. * The screened in porch includes table and chairs, an electric grill, and back door access to the yard. It is accessed via the dining room and the solarium. * Charging stations are conveniently located bedside and near sofas so that your devices are always ready to go. * Guests have the choice of walking to the ski slopes or making the short drive to the Jack Frost lodge. Snow Ridge Village features walking trails and scenic ponds. No fires or fireworks permitted. * There is an EV charger and a separate, dedicated 20 amp outlet located on the front of the house. Snow Ridge Village, while in a great place to vacation, is also home to some full-time residents. We strive to be the best possible neighbors and ask that you please be respectful.
