The Flat is in the Mahalo building, 100 meters from the Cabo Branco waterfront, the best neighborhood for accommodation in João Pessoa. The flat has complete infrastructure to comfortably accommodate up to 4 (four) people. The furniture in all environments is planned. We have a full kitchen. In addition, we have other amenities such as an iron and a cooler. Rotating garage. 🚗 24-hour reception. We send guests a catalog with tourist attractions, bars, restaurants, etc. <3 Visits: prohibited. The space Bedroom: equipped with bed, LED light, wardrobes, air-conditioning (12,000 BTUs), 50' TV (with Netflix and Amazon Prime) and shutter. Living room: it has a super comfortable sofa bed, fan, 50" TV (with Netflix and Amazon Prime) and shutters. Kitchen: fully equipped (induction stove, suitable pots, electric kettle, blender, sandwich maker, water purifier, wine glasses) and with custom-made furniture. Bathroom: with custom-made furniture, we have shampoo, soap, towels available. Hall: has a closet with games, books, a broom and a large mirror to check yourself out before going for a walk. Balcony: features a retractable clothesline. Swimming pool: free every day (except Monday for maintenance) from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. Fitness center: free every day from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. Laundry: available in the building for a fee (contact us if you wish to use it). Coworking: available in the building for a fee (contact us if you wish to use it). Gourmet area (barbecue and stove): available in the building for a fee (contact us if you wish to use it).
