Please take a note of this so you know what to expect. :) - Charcoal BBQ grill is available but we do not provide charcoal. - Outdoor furniture available Laundry: - Washer and dryer in unit but we do not provide laundry detergent, softener, bleach, etc. Security Deposit: - We require a fully refundable security deposit of $200 prior to check-in.
