The space - Newly-renovated, modern farmhouse style - Spacious 3 bedroom/2 baths house, 2,074 in square footage - Accommodates up to 8 people comfortably (sofa bed and air mattress available with extra pillows and linens) - Name brand high quality Nectar memory foam mattress for quality and comfortable sleep after a full day of leisure or work. - Bamboo cooling pillows, softest linens for luxurious hotel feel - Each room equipped with streaming-enabled TV so you can watch your favorite Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime show. - Oversized master suite with its own luxurious modern farmhouse style bathroom - tub, shower, and all! - Dedicated workspace that's both functional and picture-worthy! - Two dining areas: Breakfast and formal dining - Kitchen fully-equipped with daily essentials. - Huge backyard with outdoor furniture - Pet-friendly! Please take a note of this so you know what to expect. :) - Charcoal BBQ grill is available but we do not provide charcoal. - Outdoor furniture available Pet-Friendly: - We are a pet-friendly property but pets need to be disclosed so that the appropriate fees can apply. Laundry: - Washer and dryer in unit but we do not provide laundry detergent, softener, bleach, etc. Security Deposit: - A refundable security deposit for groups of over 6 people may be required and will be collected one day before check-in and must be sent via 3rd party platform.
