The studio was made by an interior designer specialist. It is new and of a high-quality standard, including the mattress, pillows, and sofa are brand new too. The location is perfect, in front of a hypermarket. 2 minutes walk from Brooklin subway station, 23 minutes walk to the mall and the American Consulate Ibirapuera Park, a straight line on foot, 27 minutes by bike Congonhas airport 12 minutes by bike Perfect for a long stay! If I'm in town, I could give a free tour in some sightseeing. The space The apartment is a compact studio, very well located. Newly built building and new apartment with less than 1 month of use. Custom-made furniture and everything of a high standard. It has a glassed-in balcony with a sofa and a dining table. Space for study inside the studio and downstairs in the building's hall. Double bed with new American flex mattress. There are shoe racks at the entrance and cupboards full of appliances, an iron, a hairdryer, cleaning items, an air fryer, pans, a portable electric stove, and a coffee maker. As a gift, I will provide a surprise bag with cookies, powdered cappuccino (subject to availability), soap, and shampoo. Other things to note As the apartment is new, we still don't accept pets, but if I'm in São Paulo, maybe I can take care of your Pet in my house—something to be agreed upon. I have a small sofa bed on the balcony, but the place would suit up to two people. If I am in São Paulo and I am available, I can take you on a free tour. One of my goals is to meet new people. This apartment is more beautiful than my own house, seriouslly!
