This is a peaceful place to make a serene home, to live, for a holiday rental stay, or a long, extravagant working period in Hanoi. The space The Season Building is located in an alley on To Ngoc Van street with the open sky above, framing a small pond under many trees, a swimming pool located on the building's campus and experiencing West Lake just a few minutes away. set. Apartment on 3th floor has three bedrooms designed to be minimalist but still fully furnished, filled with natural light, fully equipped equipment and utilities for a family to have a convenient life. Long-term tenants feel satisfied, and at the same time, short-term guests are always extremely excited. A modern apartment, big and cozy with fully equipped with modern furnitures all to yourself: - Large windows provide natural lighting and fresh air. - Cozy living room with tv, cable, internet wifi. - A kitchen full with cooking utensils with dining table and chairs. - Separate bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. - Washing machine and Dryer included. - Elevator available. - Nice lobby area for you seat to wait for driver .. Guest access During your stay, you have full access to the entire apartment which is 150 sqm including: - 3bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - Living room with fully equipped furniture such as: sofa, dining table, air-conditioner - Kitchen full with cooking tools, fridge, microwave,... - A safe box, located in the wardrobe in your room. - You also have access to washing machine and dryer in the apartment. We have a guard there 24/7 to ensure security. You can find him on the first of the building. - Check-in time: 2:00PM or after. - Check-out time: before 12:00 at noon. Other things to note We would really be appreciated if you book the correct number of people staying and provide all their passport and visa's pictures before check-in. This is only for a track record requested by local authority to make sure we're running a right business. Your info will be kept secret confidential. - Due to limited supplies, we can't give you more towels, sheet, blanket.... outside what already provided in the apartment. - Room cleaning and sheet washing is once every 3 days. - The switches of water heater at front of each bath room you should turn it on 15-20 mins before take shower and turn it off when you take shower for safety please - For safety, please kindly leave your money or important documents such as passport..into the safety box located in the wardrobe.
