This delightful 52m2 apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator access is an excellent choice for travellers seeking a central location, rich cultural experiences, and convenient amenities during their stay in Porto. Designed with an open floor plan, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming space featuring a convertible sofa bed, a lazy chair, and a TV to watch all your favourite shows as you enter. You can dine with loved ones at this dining table and access a private furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals. The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
