Lisbon is famous for its fantastic light and the very blue blue of its sky, perhaps a reflection of its immense river Tagus and the Atlantic Ocean that is leaning against this city. From the huge window of this comfortable studio you can contemplate the city and the immense blue that illuminates Lisbon. This space is an elegant and comfortable place of 33 m2 with a stunning 180º view over Lisbon and one of its main squares - O Rossio. Apartment has a comfortable bed with quality fresh sheets. The blackout screen keeps the room dark so you can always have a good night's rest and wake up refreshed. You can refresh yourself in the well-equipped and generous bathroom, where you can wake up in the morning for an energetic bath. Towels will be provided. The property is professionally cleaned before your stay. If necessary, there is also a small portable table where, if you need to work on your PC, you can do so with the city of Lisbon as a backdrop. Guest access You will have the whole place for yourself. We will provide the necessary basic products for cooking and bathing. The apartment is very soundproofed, however, and because it is a top floor, right in the center of the city, you will hear the birds! The capacity of the accommodation is for 2 persons. No extra guests allowed. From this apartment you have easy access to: • Other Locations in Lisbon - Chiado, Príncipe Real, Avenida da Liberdade, Alfama, • Rossio e Baixa Pombalina - the heart of Lisbon and UNESCO World Heritage candidate; • Main historical and tourist sites, including the stunning Viewpoint of Graça and the Castle of São Jorge; • Front the river a is in 15 minutes; • 20 mins from the airport, taxi or metro • 5 minute walk to the subway and tram stops; • 15 minutes walk to Boat Stations; • 5-minute walk to Rossio train station that will take you in 40 min. to Sintra (UNESCO Heritage) • 20 minute walk to Cascais train station which will take you to Belém in 15 min. and to the beaches of Sto. Amaro de Oeiras, Carcavelos in 30 min. Other things to note The building is from the Pombalina era, recently recovered. Note that due to the architectural features there is no elevator in the building. The apartment is located on a pedestrian street, at the beginning of a hill, on the 4th floor. Please note that the apartment is on a 4th floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR, which may make it difficult to climb, especially if you have many bags. However, don't forget that at the end of the climb you will have a stunning landscape. The apartment has high speed internet and Smartv 4K Unfortunately, the apartment is not prepared to receive pets. The apartment has air conditioning. Electricity: It is quite common in Lisbon for electricity to switch off if more than two high-powered electrical appliances are being used at the same time. Keep this in mind when using appliances such as air conditioning, oven, hair dryers, kettles, toasters, etc. If guests lock themselves outside the property or do not return the keys to the safe at check-out, a fee of 75€ will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a fee of 90€ will apply. Please note that the water heater has limited capacity. Once the hot water runs out, it may take some time for the water to warm up. The apartment is planned to have hot showers with above average duration, however the water is scarce, help us to save water, so scarce on the planet and especially in southern Europe. There are temporary works in the front building, which are already in the finishing phase until the end of 2025, and there may sometimes be some noise derived from this situation. Legally in Portugal the works take place between 9am and 5pm and only on weekdays. We regret any inconveniences they may cause, but surely the street will look more beautiful on your next visit.
