Ground Level: 3 Bedrooms: Room 1: 2 twin bunk sets, full private bath. Room 2: Twin-over-full pyramid bunk, shares a bath with rec room. Room 3: 1 twin over queen bunk, private bath—perfect for the kiddos! Amenities: Laundry area for mid-week washes 🧺. Outdoor Access: Rec room opens to a patio with furniture, a gas grill, saltwater pool (heated for a fee of $150 a day), 5-seater hot tub, and an outdoor shower 🚿. Entertainment: Flat-screen TVs with streaming apps in every bedroom. Mid-Level: 4 Bedrooms: King beds, private en suite baths, sliders to wraparound covered decks—ideal for shade or rainy days 🌧. Decks: Perfect for sunrises with coffee ☕️ or sunsets with wine 🍷. Top Level: 1 King Bedroom: En suite with double vanities and shower/tub combo. Common Areas: Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers. Dining: Seats 10 at a long table, 4 at the counter, and 5 in a cozy seating area. Other things to note From Memorial Day to Labor Day this home is rented out Friday to Friday (7 night stays). Check in at 4:00 & check out at 10:00 am. Avoid the traffic and be on the beach while others are sitting in it! 3 night minimums and any day stays outside those dates (Jan- May & Sep-Dec). Towel/linen package is included with the booking; it is inclusive at the price you are seeing. Pool heating can be added for an additional fee ($100.00/ per day, $500 for a full week stay). No pets are allowed at this property to include emotional support animals. No smoking on the premises. No parties/events. No one under 25 can book the home and that booking member must be present for the entirety of the stay! We use the house with family and friends all the time and want to provide and share that experience with others. Come relax and have an amazing vacation! *Please let us know if you will be needing pool heat, $100 per day ($500 for a full week stay) will be added to your reservation. **Note that no changes to pool heating services can be made within 14 days of arrival. (No refunds) Pool heat will only change the pool temp +10 degrees from the outside air temp at the time (for example, Air temp is 65 degrees, the pool can only be heated to a max of 75 degrees, (even that can be tough to maintain when the temps drop)) Pool is available from late April to mid October. Hot tub can be used year round!!! Outside lease will be required to be executed within 24 hrs of accepted booking request.
