A great location for guests wishing to visit Akihabara, Asakusa, Skytree, Ueno and Tsukiji. This room is located on the 8th floor just about 5-6mins walk from JR Kinshicho station! THE ROOM An apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Elevator is also available in the building. There's 1 semi-double bed and one single sofa bed. Max of 3 people can stay. It's also close to convenient store, restaurant and shops. The room is equipped with all necessary amenities and kitchen wear. The space I provide towels, fresh/clean bed sheets, and bathroom amenities. What's in the room is yours to use free during your stay! Sumidagawa fireworks will be held on July 27th, and it's very close to the venue. You will not be sharing this room with other guests. It's your own, private and cozy place in Tokyo. Smoking only allowed in the balcony. Ashtray must stay there as well as the butts :) If you have any questions or concerns, I'm always here for your support and make sure your stay will be the most accommodating. If time permits on your side, I can also show you around the neighborhood. From Haneda airport 41mins From Narita airport 65mins Other popular tourist places can be accessible within 30mins by train. There's also a bus running directly to Tokyo Disney Resort from Kinshicho station! Wifi in the room is free to use during your stay. For smokers Please use the balcony and make sure not to throw away cigarette butts outside. Kindly keep my room clean for other guests as well. I may have to charge you 20,000yen if there's any cigarette odor remaining after your check-out. You're check in is 3pm and Check out is 10am For early check-in and late check out, please consult with me in advance. Feel free to drop off your luggage between 12pm and 2pm. Please do not lose the room key. It's very expensive and you'll be responsible for issuing the new key and lock. It'll cost you 20,000yen. Lastly, do not bring home the towels. If you do, I'll charge you through Airbnb. Guest access Feel free to use anything in the room. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Other things to note If you wish to drop off your luggage before your check-in time, please contact us first. ■ Submission of guest information All guests are required to submit the following information as requested by Japanese law. ・ Name, address, occupation and passport number for each guest ・ Passport photo for each guest (not required for guests living/working/studying in Japan) Other things to note: *Do not smoke inside the room. We will charge you 20,000JPY as a fine if found. *We do not offer cleaning service during your stay. We clean before and after your check-out.
