Conveniently located 20 mins away from Costco, Lynx Lake, Prescott Mall and 30 mins away from historical downtown Prescott. The space Property is situated on a hillside. It provides 2 bedrooms (Master's and Attic) and 1 bathroom which can accommodate up 4 to guests during summer and 6 guests during Fall and Winter. The Master's bedroom has a queen bed w/ mini split AC while Attic has a queen , 2 twin beds . Common areas such as living room, dining and kitchen are well ventilated with ceiling fan. Guest access Entire house Other things to note *4x4 maybe required during monsoon (July-Nov) and winter (Dec-April) seasons *Upon booking request, please provide vehicle plate #, and inform host if ATV will be parked at the property *Limited accommodation for up to 2-4 guests is observed during summer months (June-Aug) since mini split AC is only available in the Master's Bedroom.
