Sand Dune Holiday Chalet

Take a break and unwind at our lovely homely pet friendly chalet. Free Wi-Fi Just a few minutes walk from Mablethorpe beautiful beach. We can accommodate 3 people comfortably, but the single bed is just 2ft 3ins wide. I provide all the bedding, towels & tea towels, soap & toilet rolls. Please bring your own beach towels/dog towels. Tea, sugar, milk & condiments are also supplied. Large 55” Smart TV The space Kitchen has Electric ceramic hob oven, microwave, kettle toaster all cutlery & crockery. Undercounter fridge freezer. Shower room as a separate cubicle, basin with mirror above W.C. Double Bedroom had a 4ft 6in bed with wardrobe & cupboard space. Electric wall heater for those chillier days. Single Bedroom has a small single bed with wardrobe. Electric wall heater. There is a hair dryer for your use. Lounge area has a 3 seater sofa. Coffee table and electric wall heater. Dining area has a table & 2 chairs. The French doors lead to the enclosed veranda which has astroturf which is safe for your pets. 2 garden chairs & coffee table. Guest access The whole of the chalet is available for your use. Other things to note No smoking inside the chalet No under 18’s No Stag or Hen Parties Couples & Family Only Up to 2 small -medium size dogs but please don’t allow on the furniture or beds. Not to be left alone in the chalet. Please clean up after your dog & must be kept on a lead around the park. No dogs from the Dangerous Dog List! No Barbecue’s on site There is no facilities for recharging electric cars.
