Access to the French Broad is only 3.5 miles away. Our house is only 14 miles from downtown Asheville. The Biltmore Estate is 13 miles from the house. The space The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking apparatus and utensil you could need. There is a Ninja blender, crockpot, and coffee maker for drip or K-cup. We have provided a high chair, and children's plates and utensils. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen island for 4. The living room features an electric fireplace, a large leather couch and love seat. There is also a nice reading nook in the corner. Above the fireplace we have installed a Frame TV by Samsung. When it is off it displays beautiful artwork. In the foyer is a half bath. All the bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite with walk in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a pack n play. All rooms come with Smart TVs which have Netflix, ESPN+, HULU, and Disney+. The backyard is fully fenced and has a picnic table, fire pit, and hot tub. Guest access Our home is entirely yours including all of the outdoor amenities.
