Welcome to my cosy apartment in Kennedy Town, where relaxation meets convenience. The apartment is new, modern and light. It is filled with plants, art and wood/bamboo furnishings, giving it a peaceful and refreshing ambience, perfect for winding down after a busy day in the city. Kennedy Town is a trendy neighbourhood with a laid back atmosphere. You will have easy access to cafes, restaurants and beautiful views from the waterfront, whilst also being just 15minutes from Central via MTR. The space It is a one bedroom place with a kitchen and bathroom separated all in their own rooms. The building has a rooftop with a beautiful view that you are welcome to check out but please note that there is no seating area to relax there. The apartment is newly furnished, just purchased within the year. It also features two brand-new fitted air-conditioners and a large dehumidifier. Walking Waterfront/promenade - 3mins Arabica coffee shop - 3mins Kennedy Town swimming pool - 10mins Kennedy Town Recreation Ground - 13mins Two parks - both within 5mins Mt. Davis - 40mins Kennedy Town Swimming shed - 30mins Tram stop - 1min Bus stop - 1min Taxi stand - 1min (Kennedy Town also has a bridge nearby leading to Kowloon side making it a convenient route for cars and taxis) Kennedy Town MTR Exit C - 3mins (15 minutes via MTR to central subway station - blue island line) The apartment does not have a washing machine but there is a laundry service just below on the street. The lady will wash and dry your clothes ready to collect. One basketful usually costs around $90HKD. The washing will be ready for the following day - however if you give it early morning she will often have it ready for the same afternoon:) There are some bags under the sink you may use to take it.
