The space Otto’s Hause boasts 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, a fully appointed kitchen, electric stove/oven for home cooked meals if you choose. Refrigerator/freezer w/ filtered water/ice, electric coffee maker w/ filters, french press, a variety of coffee & teas. Brita water filter pitcher, toaster, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, blender, full size washer/dryer. Garage parking for one vehicle, driveway accommodates 2 vehicles and plenty of free street parking. Free internet/wifi, 4 smart TV’s and tons of comforting charm here at Otto’s Hause. A large privacy fenced back yard with a deck, table, outdoor charcoal grill, string lighting, fire pit, & a corn hole toss game, sun sail, kids play house and plenty of seating. We welcome everyone at Otto’s Hause and would love to share our beautiful town with you. Anything we can do to make your stay a great one please let us know. Our family has been in hospitality for over 100 years in New Braunfels, we love hosting & know how to accommodate our short and long term guests needs! Winter Texans love staying with us, please inquire about dates needed if calendar is not open yet. Please provide all guests names and how many vehicles there will be on your reservation, our insurance requires this information and if you are traveling with pets please. Rate includes housekeeping every 2 weeks however guests are required to maintain the home in good condition during their stay! Veteran/locally owned and operated Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, except 3 locked supply cabinets. Guests will have access to the properties one car garage for parking one vehicle. Driveway accommodates 2 vehicles & there is plenty of free street parking. Please do not drive/park on the grass areas. Other things to note Mid-stay cleans required/included on long-term stays, inquire with host Security camera/light on driveway All guests must be listed on the reservation Requests to book need to include all guests names & how many vehicles and if there will be any dogs please Dogs must be trained to use the restroom outside only, no pee pads allowed $50 additional charge each for 3-4 max. No cats or caged animals of any kind, crated dogs ok.
