Bedroom 1 (main) has a super king bed with a 65-inch TV. Bedroom 2 has been converted into an office with PC (guest access permitted) and printer, equipped with a sofabed (large single) and sufficient room for a cot bed. There is an empty chest of drawers available for clothes in Bedroom 2 if needed. Bathroom is fully equipped with shower and bath. Additional towels and bed linen available. Bathroom essentials provided. Well-kept garden to the rear with large pergola and seating. Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and tumble dryer. Additional features include bookshelf, Xbox, 3 x Alexa, piano, outdoor seating, BBQ, and electric fireplace. Guest access You are welcome to utilise the entire spare except the dressing room, which will be locked off to guests as standard. All we request is that the space is respected and left as found. Guest access to the PC is available. Other things to note Additional bed linen and towels can be found in the airing cupboard on the upstairs landing. Please use back door to access the property. Coal for the BBQ and the tumble dryer are located in the outside unit under the pergola. Please switch off at the wall after use. ***Fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first aid kit in the bottom drawer in the kitchen.***
