A cosy yet spacious cottage with lots of character and a big garden in a great location. Situated opposite Woburn Safari Park with easy access to the M1 and Milton Keynes. One large bedroom with a super king bed plus a smaller bedroom with queen size double pull out bed, and an optional sofa bed in the lounge. Outdoor patio with bi-folding doors from the kitchen, plus a large garden to the rear. Perfect for visiting family & friends or making the most of the beautiful sites in the area! The space My house is a mid-terrace, old Bedford Estate property with traditional and unique characteristics. The main entrance is at the back of the house which leads into an entrance hall / study in the old outbuilding. This is my office so it features a desk and exercise bike. There is also a small bathroom here with toilet and shower. A door then leads you out onto the patio where you go through bi-fold doors into the kitchen. The doors fully open which is wonderful in the summer! The ground floor comprises of the kitchen and lounge. The kitchen table seats 4 comfortably and is well equipped with a large double door, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge which faces to the front of the house has a log burner and TV with Sky Stream. Upstairs is the main bedroom, also facing east to the front of the property so you wake up to the sunrise, with a super king size bed. The second bedroom is smaller and features a small pull out sofa bed, perfect for children! There is also a main bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower. The garden to the rear of the property is large with a big lawn, picnic bench and deck chairs. Use of the BBQ can be arranged if desired. There is parking off the road at the rear of the property for 2 cars. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and garden. The summer house and garage are kept locked. Other things to note Please note that I live at the property with my dog so while the house will be fully cleaned before your arrival, it may not be suitable for anyone with a serious allergy. Pets are welcome. There is a lot to see and do in the area so let me know if you'd like any recommendations!
