Welcome to my charming apartment in picturesque Burkheim, a jewel in the heart of the Kaiserstuhl. The apartment, nestled in the breathtaking landscape of the Kaiserstuhl, offers you a home away from home. It is furnished with great attention to detail and offers you all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay and, above all, peace and quiet. Other things to note The living room (with a sofa bed for 1 person) is spacious and bright, with comfortable seating and a large window that offers a wonderful view of the surrounding vineyards. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils you will need to prepare delicious meals. The bedrooms are cozy and inviting, with high-quality mattresses and bedding to guarantee you a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is modern and clean, with fresh towels and toiletries for your comfort. My apartment has a separate entrance with a key box if you want to be autonomous. I will be happy to welcome you personally and show you around. There is no air conditioning as the apartment is cool in summer and cozy and warm in winter. The apartment has a small private terrace where you can enjoy a glass of local wine and watch the sun set over the vineyards. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but you can smoke outside on the small terrace. There is also a private parking space for your car. The Kaiserstuhl is very close to my heart and as a native of the Kaiserstuhl I know my home region better than the back of my hand. I am always available and also well connected, so I can help you in many ways, such as restaurant recommendations, wellness, tours of various kinds, wine tastings, flea markets, shopping, sightseeing.... The location of the apartment in Burkheim allows you to explore the beauty of the Kaiserstuhl, because you are surrounded by it. There are endless, many beautiful and historic churches and viewing platforms that will take your breath away. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll through the vineyards or a more challenging hike on the peaks of the Kaiserstuhl, the possibilities are endless.
