Riverfront Estate, Jacuzzi, Dog Friendly!

Welcome to our riverfront paradise! The property is perfect for families, large groups or anyone wanting a secluded riverfront setting close to Bend but with a feeling of being away from it all. The River House is 3600 sq ft of tranquil riverfront living. Located on 1.3 acres, there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and the other 3 bedrooms are located downstairs. For families of infants/toddlers, the kitchen has child proof cabinets and we have high chairs, cribs and toys. Anything else you might need for kiddos is probably available so please just ask! We can even give you recommendations for a babysitter:) The entire property is fenced so access to the river is secure for little ones and four legged friends. If your looking for some R&R enjoy meditation/yoga/workout room facing the river followed by a sauna session in our cedar dry sauna. We also offer a unique custom cedar hot tub facing the river. All 4 bedrooms offer river views and deck access. There is also a large den downstairs that can accommodate air mattresses for additional guests. Perfect for kiddos! There is a small TV with Apple TV set up downstairs but no cable. Most of our guests come to the river house to enjoy nature and to take a digital detox. The property is conveniently located 15 min from downtown Bend and 15 minutes from Sunriver. Enjoy watching bald eagles, ospreys, herons, beavers, river otters, and ducks from the deck. There is a nice 1/2 mile river trail right outside the front gate that is perfect for morning walks and seeing the families of deer that live in the neighborhood. We love dogs and welcome all well behaved pups! There is even a doggy door so they can come and go as they please. There are recommendations for dog friendly hikes/parks in guest book. ***Please note that this section of the Deschutes River is not suitable for swimming or floating due to swift current and rapids downstream.
